We were tasked to create an ecommerce experience for a line of personal care products that are free of plastic. We developed a guided shopping experience to assist customers in creating and personalizing their subscription, highlighting the quality and visual appeal of the products, and raising awareness of the significant reduction in plastic usage compared to traditional personal care products.
Furthermore, we designed an ingredient glossary (called bH Elements) to provide customers with clear explanation and visualization of all ingredients used and their purpose.
I created illustrations for the step-by-step refill instructions, which were then printed in a supplementary brochure.
